What I Eat In A Day – Vegan | Heavy Workout Day

This isn’t my typical day of eating but it is a typical for when I have long workouts like the one I did today. I normally only workout 1- 1.5 hours 5-6 days a week. Every week I like to do 1 really long workout to push my body.
Meal 1: Banana, cherry smoothie
Meal 2: Avocado, mango sushi roll
Meal 3: Avocado on rice cracker with nuts and dates
Meal 4: Oats, banana and maple surup
Meal 5: Green Juice
Meal 6: Rice noodle with PB2, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce.
