Mountain Running Workout

Incline running is one of the best things you can do for fat loss. If you are having a hard time losing weight then get out into the mountains and run or hike your way up those hills. This is my favorite way to do my high intensity cardio workouts. If you’re panting like a dog then you’re doing it right. I don’t recommend anyone starting with this kind of cardio as it’s easy to twist your ankle, so make sure you really strengthen you ankles before you try this!
